I have already reported this in PocketMine and fixed it. Please try the latest version of PocketMine (or Genisys). This is not a Slapper issue.

ElyWing is the only software on 1.0 right now

Uhm... No. PocketMine has already updated quite some time ago, and without PocketMine Elywing wouldn't be 1.0.0 at all. Genisys has a 1.0.0 branch, but I think there's no phar file for that just yet.
