Might be able to implement better ivy support taking inspiration from: https://github.com/Silex/ivy-fuz.el/blob/f171ac73422a4bae1503d63d804e691482ed35b2/ivy-fuz.el#L101

Would prefer ivy just support completion-styles too but this seems reasonable enough.
