Skirt panels: 92mm fans are oversized; reduce to 80mm

The 92mm fans are definitely too much (a habit from my early 2000's computer case cooling interest). Reducing to 80mm will both save on cost and sound a lot better.
Consider optional TPU fan gaskets.
