[BUG] requirements.txt of last release isn't correct any more

Hello,

thanks for the great project! I tried to install Paperless-ng in a FreeBSD jail so I chose the manual approach. Some of the packages defined in the requirements.txt of the 1.5.0 release for Pip aren't valid any more. I thought I give a quick hint here.
