Testing on different Windows platforms

I have relied on 3rd parties to perform testing on Windows versions other than the 8.1 that I have.
This has been useful, and has eliminated a DLL dependency issue, and a known Microsoft issue regarding use of VS2012 to build for XP. However, it would be nice to have a test setup to target earlier Windows versions.

Other parties have confirmed it works on different versions of Windows, including XP.
Russ on the 'PI forum has confirmed it builds and works on the RPI.
Also, since raising this issue, I have written a test plan document that I now use before releasing.
