Merge the forks!

Hi there!

Thanks so much for the awesome work done here :) I was wondering why don't you merge your fork with the main repo so that we all have one awesome SICP kindle version. I think you are both potentially duplicating efforts (e.g. the issue fixing the images) and we could all benefit from one-true-SICP-kindle repo ;)
