Graphene TimeSeries data for PHP

Hello,
I want to do prepare a timeseries chart for dynamic data ?
Is this Graphene is working for PHP ? or its suits for Ruby ?

Graphene is client-side completely.
All you need is a working Graphite service somewhere.
