Place selected text between bbcode tag when hitting bbcode button.

Img tag not in bb code template
When highlighting text and hitting the appropriate BB code button, Text should be between the two codes. Right now it places both tags at the end.

Putting this at the bottom of the to-do list; users seem to not have a problem with it (for now)
