ACcording to pupeteer buildpack there is a way to run heroku headless=false mode

No. Heroku doesn't have a GUI to display screen contents to you and all the required things to make that happen aren't available there. Best bet is to take and store screenshots of things as you see fit and view them after the code has run to see what was in chrome at the time.
