Refresh on VCH datagrid no longer works after closing the VCH creation wizard

The datagrid component that lists all VCHs is refreshed when the global refresh event is triggered by the user clicking on the H5 Client's refresh icon on the top navigation bar. However, this behavior is broken after the user has opened the Create VCH wizard and closed it (either cancel or finish).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the vSphere Integrated Containers > Virtual Container Hosts section
2. Click New Virtual Container Host and close the wizard
3. Click the H5 Client's refresh button

Actual behavior:
The datagrid should refresh.

Expected behavior:
The datagrid does not refresh.
