unable to drag tasks with Touch screen or Pen. Windows 11

I am currently using this plugin on my desktop and Surface Go 3.
When using the SG3 I am unable to drag and drop using the touch screen or the pen. If I connect the keyboard using the trackpad mouse works just fine.
