Setup CI/CD to deploy binaries

I've so far only ever done CI/CD for web tools, so I'm not sure how feasible this is, but it'd be nice if there was at least an easy to use exe kept up to date with the app state for demonstration purposes.

Completed with the addition of build.yml. Still need to sort mac binaries.
