Fable.Reflux

Extremely minimal state management for Fable. Based on Redux (which is inspired by Elm), it ends up being a bit like Elmish but more familiar to Redux users.

I'm very much just exploring this idea for now, I'd recommend using Fable.Elmish for more serious work in Fable.
