Prompted for credentials when using fully-enabled token

The token I have issued should have all necessary permissions, yet I cannot clone one single repository, that is even public.

16GB of other repos downloaded though.
Also, if you see this @josegonzalez, thanks very much for this tool. So far everything else seems to work great, tons of time saved and worry prevented.
