Issues with PulseEffects (Ubuntu 20.04)

When running pulseeffects, an issue occurs whenever I enable cadmus.
pulseeffects automatically enables some settings when I enable cadmus which usually deactivate the noise cancelling.
I tried to find a workaround for this, but could not so for now I have uninstalled pulseeffects. I really like this project, the noise cancellation works very well and better than NoiseTorch.
