Strange inconsistency with latest update

I'm not sure what's going on here... Somehow there seems to be 2 instances of the name Anthony Von Fange III, PhD and while one of them shows a "success" message, the other shows failure.

I'm not even sure how this is possible?

Crap, nevermind... I see the problem. I forgot to make my regex case insensitive. Didn't notice the second example is full caps. I'll push another update shortly.
