Bug - Pop-up often opens part-way

Repro: Open Tab Manager pop-up via shortcut or clicking on it's icon and only less than the full bottom row of icons shows with rest hidden (see Failure & Success screenshots below).
Unsure what causes this as it happens about half the time for me but may fail 4 times then work correctly 1 time then fail again. All this with no closing or opening of other tabs, etc.

I have this problem also. It appears and disappears at random. Sometimes scrolling a little ways down the page solves it but often I have to just randomly choose another tab until I find one where the popup menu will open properly.

@AndreasTuranski @elusis I've attempted a fix for this issue in Tab Manager Plus - please see if you also experience issues with that version.

It does seem to be resolved in Plus. (I can't get the compact view to work, but I like the changes overall, especially the tab count and improved ease of dragging tabs to re-order!)
