Feature request: choose to only run git push at the completion of updates

We ran into a case today where we upped the n option from 1 to 5, but ideally we'd just like to be able to specify and run git push at the completion of all the updates.
I'm happy to submit a PR, but given this is one of those, "hey, I have an idea mind supporting it forever and ever amen" things, wanted to see if there was interest before putting something together.

You know what? Ima close my own issue, after thinking on it some. I feel it's easy enough for ourselves to do, and I'm conscious of not having it as something that requires maintenance.
