elp_left is not recognized

Hello.
I followed all of step you mentioned and I though it installed correctly.
I plugged the elp stereo camera USB to my labtop.(Macbook air, Ubuntu 14.04, ROS indigo)
Then, /dev/ folder create some files on the /dev/ folder such as 'elp_right'.
However, I can not see 'elp_left'.
Then I opened terminal and input below.
$ ls -l /dev/elp_left
ls: cannot access /dev/elp_left: No such file or directory
$ ls -l /dev/elp_right
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 6 2月 24 16:29 /dev/elp_right -> video01
And Josh mentioned, I could try to modify the udev rules..
Now I am reading the guide to modify the udev rules,
however, is it possibility the USB is malfunction?
When I connect the elp_stereo_camera to my windows laptop, It seems the camera working properly.
(I can see the view of left and right camera. But, the SDK is not allow to see the both view at the same time.)

Does a video00 or video02 get created when plugging in the camera?
What SDK are you referring to? I haven't used this camera on Windows so I'm not familiar with what's available there.

Please don't care about the SDK, I just tested this camera is working or not on Windows.
When I plugged the camera, I found the words, video0 and video1.
