Idea: Gift Everyone A USS Hood Welcome Badge

When users join the server they could receive a special commemorative USS Hood badge (or something similar) for their badge inventory at Level 1. We'd also globally grant all users this badge (silently probably to not spam everyone).
Trading won't be an issue since everyone will already have it, so you can't accidentally trade yours away.
