idea: pub-style trivia tools

• we'd need people to make teams or be put into teams, and you gotta have a fun team name of course!
• either the host or the participants will need to create and join teams with the bot, these teams become roles assigned to users
• host could have a command that would kick everyone out of the main channel and put them into their own private channels, maybe send a link to the google doc to each of those channels
• bot will need to create those channels and restrict them by role, the host will need to be able to join them too
• when trivia is over, all the roles and channels need to be cleaned up by the bot
• bot could do scorekeeping, question repeating, and other stuff...

could make use of discord UI elements for this! host could have a /controlpanel type command to manage everything 🤭
