Egg does not working older versions.

Can you help ?

I think base docker container does not support bzip2 so files never extract

Thanks for posting a complete error message.
I tried to fix the container now. Since I don't use pterodactyl anymore I cannot test it.
Can you test the fix in your installation?

still have issue if i set older version

Which version did you use to test the issue?
Maybe I can test it with this version as well.
