How about adding a comparison term option? In addition to rate.

I have been using CalcX to do my calculator, this is a lot simpler.

I've added this in. You need to manually specify your own comparison term field. I'll revisit having it generate the field for you, but for now, I wanted it to keep the form simpler by default, by not generating the extra field. Hope this helps, let me know what you think!
