[1.20.4] Messages are not displayed.

Describe the bug
When editing the trade config, no message is displayed.
No errors are recorded in the log.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the plugin on a plain paper server.
2. edit the trade config from command
3. no message is displayed

Expected behavior
The message set in the language file is displayed.
