Release?

Since we want to use this with paper plugin class loader, it tries to search for a newer version every time we start the server, and you don't make such big changes that would really require immediate updating.

Making a release will make this a lot easier to use.

Maybe even a 0.1 version release, if you still don't consider this a full release.
