Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm a user from Jenkins-X, which extends chatops command from Prow. The command I like is meow. I have a proposal to add it as a command. ><)
This is just nice to have. If you think it's a waste. Feel free to close the issue. Otherwise, I can find the time to implement it.
