How to download Jquery 1.8.7 custom builder??

We don't have the ability to download jQuery 1.8 version.

Unfortunately, I cannot help here. This has been like that for many years and we don't have resources to try to bring it back. I'd recommend updating jQuery UI instead, old versions are unsupported and have security issues anyway.
