Unable to edit angular parameters in Inventor

After attempting to edit angular parameters, the values remain unchanged and no error occurs in the log

Angular parameters will update this was a specific to inventor. Issue added general improvements to how parameters are interacted with Inventor. All units should work as excepted now.
