Add Help documentation to PlasmaLenz for the configuration profile
dialog(ProfileEditDialog.h/cpp) and the IndexedPalette editor
dialog(IndexedPaletteDialog.h/cpp).

Buttons have been added, but need to add dialogs with tutorials.

Also, should modify AboutDialog to use QTextEdit (in readonly mode) or 
QTextBrowser.

Help files have been written.  Need to add a screen shot for the Palette Edit 
select
box and the Cell Split dialog box, then this issue can be closed.
