More Europa/BoC history

• I love the idea of having more history on the site.
• When I was doing the Light Company history duty (that I created - I did my own duty loser) it was really great fun going through the Forum and bringing it all together. I felt like a researcher, which was weird..
• It is, however, fairly large undertaking. Perhaps we need to farm this work out to other guildies - perhaps include it as a part of a Trial or something.
• Europa history - I once made a website called 'Highway of Memories' when CoY was disbanded. It didn't last very long but people loved it. Oct has a ton of images sat on his computer. We could really create something here - but again, a huge undertaking.. and perhaps a little separate to BoC.
