Had to install the yafoot package with tlmgr

I'm using the mactex-basic package so that might be a part of it. Thought you might want to know.

I can't even remember if it was something that came with my full mactex package or something I explicitly installed. We should definitely document it (feel free to do a pull request on the README)

@honza I've added another package; can you check if you needed to explicitly install it so I can update the requirements in the README to mention both yafoot and anything else you need to install?

I just tried things on a fresh install and it definitely works with a full mactex install. I'm going to close this issue but if someone wants to provide a pull request to the README explaining how to install the necessary latex packages with any other TeX installations, please do so.
