[writeboost] Will remove all WBXXX macro to dm's DMXXX macro

For unification as a device-mapper target I will use DMXXX overall.

Reason: The difference between WBXXX and DMXXX is only the former prints out function name prior to the actual message. At earlier stage, this helps debugging but not at the present.
