Allow players to request a flight path for their assigned mission

Allow players to request a flight plan for their assigned mission anchored from their home base to the assigned target. In addition display the flight path on the F10 map via group-only mark points.

Example output (triggered by an F10 menu option):

WP1: N12.12345 E091.12345 150NM BRG 067T
WP2: N10.12345 E092.12345 065NM BRG 160T
TGT: N13.12345 E092.12345 050NM BRG 000T

This path displayed via mark point for some planes could be used to setup the flight plan in the plane's INS, as these planes have the ability to pull mark points to program the INS.
