Align the top of the cards to be even.

Maybe add spacing at top of columns without the dropdowns. Or add a hidden dropdown to top of each column to adjust the positioning.
FYI: When moving dropdown into the card-panel, the text string only shows 1 word of the two. Not sure why things are chopping/moving to another line that we can't see. May need to make text size smaller.
