Reorganize chapters

Leaning toward reorganizing the chapters / sections so that it the order is more closely aligned with the order of topics in class, for example:
I Continuous Variables
II Categorical Variables
III Multidimensional Continuous
IV Multidimensional Categorical etc.
The walkthroughs would be added to the appropriate section. This would help students make the connection between the class slides and the material on edav.info
