[FEATURE] "Folder And Zip" and "This is Unzipped" should appear in conflicts

Folder and Zip double-appears right now.

This should be zipped for multiplayer really makes more sense under conflicts instead.

The switch to hide "this is not zipped" should also get moved over a panel.

Neither of these conditions really mean a mod is "broken", just that it won't act totally as expected in certain circumstances to someone who isn't aware of this behavior.
