Consider a feature similar to stack --nix which uses Nix for external dependencies.

This appears to be necessary for running pier on NixOS.

At this point, Nix can probably be made to work using the existing fixes for Docker, by set tingsystem-ghc: true. However, it would be good to verify this, as well as to make the integration as straightforward as it is for Stack.
