Possible fixes:
- Explicitly set
LANGUAGE ImplicitPrelude - explicitly import
Prelude, and setGHC_OPTIONS -Wno-implicit-prelude.
Some packages that fail:
- aern2-real
- hpio
- numhask
- nakadi-client
- async-refresh-tokens
