Fonts would be a great addition IMO since it would make the login screen and desktop even more coherent.

Good suggestion, though I havent been using Gnome for over 1 year now and currently extremely busy with my 2 jobs, meaning I have very little time and even interest to develop the application furhter unfortunately. That is also a why the development, testing and providing support for multiple distributions have been lacking for quite some time already. :(
But PR:s are very well welcome. See the https://github.com/juhaku/loginized#contributing section on readme.
Cheers

Although I don't use Linux as a main OS now thanks to WSL and even more so
since WSL is getting GUI support soon, I will see what if I can add font
support to loginized. Oh and have you considered Snap or Flatpak as a means
of distribution? It would completely cut out the need to support multiple
distros.
