Commits from July in years before 2014 are counted

Hi,

I've set my projects and what was weird for me the commits form years before this year was counted too and I've got points for them. It seems bit unfair for some old project which have many commits in previous years will get much more points.

So, counting commits from July >= 2014 - OK
counting commits from July < 2014 - NOT OK

OK. Some interesting observations, when I had only linked project from past years I've seen points counted but I was not in my team statistics or city statistics , but when I've linked a project from commits from July this year, my points counter on profile reset to the amount of points from current project and I now can find myself on statistics pages.

But the previous presented informations are really misleading presented....
