Handle Mismatched Key Pairs

Describe the bug
UofT ECF has updated their machines in the past summer (2022 summer), so students need to delete the current machine in their account, and re-create it again. Otherwise, iCtrl will stuck there, and loading forever.

Currently I am marking this as "won't fix" because it is an issue on the UG computers' end. When this happens, whether we can provide better prompts / suggestions to users remains another question. Feel free to share your ideas.
Fixed in 9899b7f
A prompt will always show when no matching key can be found on the remote target.
