Describe the bug

Apparently, the installation procedure is out of sync.

Reproduce the bug

  1. npm i thebe-core thebe-lite
  2. npx copy-thebe-assets /tmp/test
  3. Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, copyfile 'node_modules/thebe/lib/thebe.css' -> 'tmp/thebe.css'
