Describe the bug
Typing an existing snippet name when changing a code snippet's name will automatically overwrite the existing snippet with that name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to snippet in snippet panel.
  2. Click on 3 dots.
  3. Select edit from modal.
  4. Change name to an existing snippet name and save.
  5. See error.

Expected behavior
A window should pop up indicating that a snippet will be overwritten, and the snippets should be merged together.
