Falied to install jupterlab-toc

remove node and delete the all node file, then reinstall node.
try it!

I keep having the same error "Please install nodejs >=10.0.0 before continuing. nodejs may be installed using conda or directly from the nodejs website."
My nodejs version is now 12.18.4.

I am not able to make this extension work
