Can't build on debian/linux

I have installed opencv4nodejs without problems on raspberry PI4.
Now I want to install it on raspberry pi 3 and I just can't make it to build.

it always fails around 30-33% with different errors every time:
I've tried to build 3.x and 4.x versions
I think it always fails on IlmImf
some errors:
