Asset issues with the 0.15.18

...well, at least 0.15.18. I haven't tried it on earlier versions, so I don't know if this is new. But anyhow, two bugs, both seemingly noncritical:

• The name of the controller is nonlocalized. It shows up as its in-code name, not English.
• Also, the inventory icon is that of a roboport.
