Add portable version for Windows

Why this app is not portable, yet? I've tried with success to unpack the installation file with UniExtract, so, the application don't need to be installed...
Please, add the portable version!!!
P.S.: For convenience, I put here the portable file (sorry but .zip is the only way to share an .exe file on GitHub comments).

It doesn't: simply open the licecapNNN-install.exe with 7-zip:
Please, add the portable version!!!
I second that: distributing as an installer is a bit of an overkill for a single executable software. Having a handy portable version would be valuable (specially for new, power users).
