Oh sure, I'll work on writing something up. I basically use SyncThing to sync changes to my notebook to a server, and incron to watch for changes and rebuild the wiki file using this script and the node.js version of Tiddlywiki. I'll get more of that checked in and write some instructions.

@anthrolisp I've added a very basic first pass to the README, along with the scripts and config I'm using under examples/. I'd love to know if any of that is helpful, or which parts need more info!
