Consider introducing multiple kinds of crops, preferentially pollinated by different kinds of bees. Also allows for introducing the concept of crop rotation.

Interesting idea. Pumpkins are something that benefit from adequate pollinator diversity. Coffee as well but it would be unusual to plant coffee and blueberries together.
