Can AIS-Catcher work on Raspberry 3B Linux?
And how can I set my reciver loc

Yes! 3B is fine as long as you don't run other intensive applications on it. A good script to install (not by me) is https://github.com/abcd567a/install-aiscatcher.

For setting the location, on the command line or in the settings, add -N 8100 LAT 52 LON 3.4 SHARE_LOC ON

So, -N 8100 is normal to start the webserver, the second part sets the latitude and longitude and enables sharing the location with the webclient.
